Please find my application materials attached. I did the makeup in the application photos myself. I have read the criteria and conditions and agree to them.

I consent to the photos of the looks I submitted being used for promotional purposes during the promotional period and for the duration of the BEAUTY FORUM Festival.

I agree that images, video, and audio footage from the competition may be used without any time or geographical restrictions for publication on the Internet and in print for editorial and promotional purposes. Health and Beauty is not liable for any misuse of the images, video, and audio footage (e.g., video clips posted on the Internet) by third parties.

I am aware that there is no cost associated with participating in the drag championship. However, once I have confirmed my participation, a no-show fee of €80 will be charged if I am unable to find a suitable replacement. This fee takes effect 3 weeks before the championship.
